CFA is a year-long pathway that builds psychological safety into how an organization operates—starting with shared practice, then peer infrastructure, then post-incident support. Completing Level 3 makes the organization CFA Certified; Level 4 renews the partnership so that standing—and the work—stays in place.

  1. Level 1

    Resilience Circles

    Shared practice so teams keep showing up under demand.

    Your entry point into CFA—regular circles where teams practice regulation skills, recognize stress signals, and strengthen how they respond together.

  2. Level 2

    Peer Navigator Network

    Leadership orientation, trained peers, and pathways to care.

    Where peer infrastructure begins—navigators who offer early support, map resources, and help people find the next right step.

  3. Level 3

    Postvention & Post-Incident Support

    Structured follow-up in the days and weeks after a difficult event.

    The operating infrastructure for the days and weeks after a critical incident—structured follow-up and clear pathways to care. This is post-incident support, not emergency response. Completing Level 3 makes the organization CFA Certified.

  4. Level 4

    Sustained Partnership

    Keep the full pathway—and your CFA Certified standing—active year after year.

    Level 4 is a renewal. Staying in partnership keeps circles, peer infrastructure, and post-incident support running, so psychological safety stays built into how the team operates for the long-term.

Organizations with 300+ staff, multi-site operations, or large navigator cohorts receive custom-scoped investment based on workforce size, locations, and timeline.
